Medication in School

We ask parents/carers to try and time any antibiotics or pain relief around the school day. However we do appreciate that, at times, children will need medication during school hours.

Parents/carers should complete the form below and submit it, along with any medication, to the front office. Please DO NOT send medication of any kind into school in your child's bag. All medication must be submitted with a form.
